ADDITIONAL INFORMATION... 

                      All Plan Packages require a process and handling fee of $1.70 per sheet.

                              Typically is $73.00 for a Standard Four Package set of plans

                                   All Plan Packages include Four Sets of House Plans                                                                                        Your Fees are an license to use the documents to Construct a Single Home. This is an exclusive License which means the plans may not be resold, duplicated or distributed without Permission from Martin D. Ewing.

RE-USER FEES -are 1/3 rd of the original fee for each additional Home you wish to build. You will receive four New Set of House Plan with each re-user fee, and with no expiring time line attached. 

You my wish to purchase your house plan under a contract agreement at 1.50 per sq. ft. You will own the house plan and may Construct as many Homes as you wish to, you may reproduce the plan, but you may not resale the house plan.

SHIPPING - Allow 5-7 business days to process your order shipped by UPS ground unless noted otherwise
