COVER/TITLE SHEET...This Sheet is informational, it documents the General Contractor & Sub Contractors of their responsibilities and requirements of the home construction. Also shows Architectural symbols, abbreviations, terms and phases used in the drawings and their meaning, an index with the order of drawing including the sheet number for easy reference. Documents the building data, property location & a description of the home. Names the owners of the property also names the design team and their involvement. 

 BUILDING SECTION... These drawing show a cross section, it is a cut through of the main area of the home elevation. Detailing framing details and other special Interior design features.

FINISH FLOOR PLAN...This Drawing shows furniture placement and floor covering and other components you want included in each room of your home. "Call-Outs Tags" are placed in each room or area, Tags are noted with important details for each room interior finishes  such as wall & flooring treatments, paint and carpet colors and the types of doors, plumbing & lighting fixtures and types of trim work that each room will receive These drawings also illustrate patterns and directions of floor covering, such as hardwood and tile etc. Everything that you have selected for your homes finishes is documented on the Material Specification Schedule and is called out and located on the Finish Plan and Finish Schedule. This Plan takes care of all the confusion of what goes where.

CONSTRUCTION SPECIFICATION ...This document is instructional info on how the home is to be built and what materials are to be used. Documents detailed specifications of materials, lumber grade & types, mfg.of building components. Instructions on the over all construction of the home, and building procedures in constructing the home.This sheet addresses every aspect of the homes construction and the installation of materials & types.Also gives construction notes for the general contractor & sub contractors and their responsibilities.   

MATERIAL SPECIFICATIONS...This Document addresses all the facets and details you will want included in your home. Detailed specification of materials and components, such as floor & wall covering, plumbing & lighting fixtures etc. and the mfg. suppliers, grades, colors, series, or make & model and brands of the selected items you have chosen are documented in the specification to insure you get what you want included in your home. for your home Interior and Exterior finishes.   

 FINISH SCHEDULE...This Schedule tells all the sub contractors of what goes were. This is a schedule of all the materials for the interior and exterior every aspect of the home.  

CONSTRUCTION SCHEDULE...​ This sheet is a designed construction schedule,it is the order of the construction of the home, who & what comes first. It tells all the contractors when there work is to begin & finish; keeping you on schedule and in budget, it will also keep others from telling you how to build your home. The construction schedule is also made available in an Excel format.
